Handled with care - please allow 2 weeks for fulfillment.

Each order is packaged with care by our small team in Kauai. In general, all ethereal product is made-to-order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship out.

During the holidays shipping times may take longer. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, customers will receive a notice that their shipment is on its way along with the tracking number for the shipment.

If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by emailing our team at ethereallovesalve@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and intimate nature of this product, We can’t accept returns, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
